Have stayed a number of times when working in the area. The hotel staff are very friendly and rooms are well presented. For food its always worth trying the Lebanese restaurant “Al Diwan” on the first floor.. fantastic food and nice atmosphere

The price is exaggerated. I tried to book two rooms, but the price was expensive, approximately 2230 riyals per night, with the Aramco discount. Then I changed the destination. I do not recommend it due to the exaggerated price I rate the location 5 stars due to the hotel located in beautiful area and room and service rated one star due to not getting

What kills this world class 5 star hotel with amazing and luxurious amenities, food and rooms, is the lack of written documentation and very weak and contradictory information from the staff. The same employee can answer the same question differently at different times, let alone different employees for the same question. Very little is written. Hotel prices just make that level of performance in communication even worse.

This place is cozy with an awesome vibe. I went for Ramadan iftar.. variety of food and it was amazing, delicious dishes and dessert. The service was good and friendly. They made us feel welcomed and would definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to experience the vibe of Ramadan IFTAR.

InterContinental Hotel is a 5 star hotel in jubail. It's a 2 km drive from Al Nakheel Beach. Hotels offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and tea and coffee making equipment. They also have marble bathrooms, minibars and garden views. The breakfast buffet was great and filled with alot of food kinds. The sea and swimming pool are great. They give towels for both the sea and the pool. The beach is great. Rooms are clean and the room service does a great Job bringing and cleaning whatever you asked for. Other amenities include gym, cafe, mosque, swimming pool etc
