What kills this world class 5 star hotel with amazing and luxurious amenities, food and rooms, is the lack of written documentation and very weak and contradictory information from the staff. The same employee can answer the same question differently at different times, let alone different employees for the same question. Very little is written. Hotel prices just make that level of performance in communication even worse.

Nice, but beach water is dirty because it’s closed area so the water doesn’t get refreshed. Food is nice but doesn’t consider kids with allergies. Everything on the beach area is for money, at the top of night charge.

The hotel is too expensive compared with value provided. 1. The hotel is old and needs a lot of improvement to cope with other Intercontinental hotels. 2. The hotel lacks activities. I do not see it a place of leisure for families and kids. 3. The swimming pool is very old and full of dead flies and other insects. 4. Breakfast is not attractive neither fresh nor tasty. 5. The hotel cost is not rationalized at all even if it has a private beach. The water in the beach is not clean. 6. The hotel lacks green landscape and the empty spaces are boring and dull. 6. I see the hotel rating as 6.5. The good things about hotel are: 1. Staff are good. 2. Location is great.

Visited for a technical conference. It's high time to renovate this premium hotel. The flooring and wall tiles are very old and seems the business is dull or management doesn't want to renovate. The service was very impressive. The food quality was just average. Need better parking space.

The hotel is very very old - 90s or early 2000s style. From the first moment you get in, you'll know it has never been touched for years. Service is nice. Staff is very friendly. I booked one day half-board. In my opinion, dinner restaurant is kind of a joke. You'll be surprised how small and poor it is. Those chefs must have never seen hotel restaurants for decades. However, breakfast is very nice. It's in an air-conditioned tent near the beach. It's really good in terms of varieties - space - seating. There are no activities in the hotel at night. So, get ready to go outside if you want to do something different. The beach ⛱️ is nice. However, the water needs deep cleaning from algae. It's really disgusting. As a summary, if you're inside the kingdom and you want to sit in front of the sea and swim (you and your family) or have your kids play on the beach, this is a quite good choice. Don't fly too high with your expectations. Hint: No comment on the swimming pool. It's a killing joke (smaller than a house pool) and it's indoor. My gym pool is way bigger.
