My family and I lived here for one month, and during this whole month, the experience at IBIS hotel in Yanbu was amazing. Experience in room no.412 was full of a facility that perfectly fits the family. Regularly maintains daily housekeeping by the staff without skipping a single day. Morning breakfast and lunch were too perfect, especially for vegetarians. All Hotel Staff was well-supported and ready to serve anytime. The housekeeping supervisor Mr. Rafi, was too helpful and keen to be ready to serve service all time. Finally, I had a wonderful experience recently on spent one month.

I liked the hotel very much. ?? The hotel, the rooms are CLEAN, the employees are very caring and very friendly. Not only did we disagree about the language, but despite that, they even tried hard to understand us. Great at breakfast. See you again ??‍♀️?

Its my second time to dine in, in ibis hotel and as expected waiters are so friendly and attentive. Food was good and dinning area was clean.

When I dine in, I the restaurant the staffs are so welcoming. Food was great the even have great selection of food. Dinning area is clean you can relax. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends

Very nice hotel with great team in reception and housekeeping area. The room was excellent clean and all necessary equipment included
