Great place in Jeddah, staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast choices are delicious, huge variety and breakfast staff Tofayel and Saddam make it even more special for us. They take good care of staff and go out of way to please their customers. Highly recommend this place. Thank you Tofayel for great Karak Chai, you made our breakfast special.

Excellent hotel and outstanding service started from the reception’s welcoming smile to every other staff member. Special thanks to Mr. Osama who helped us immensely and and shouted out to Mahadi and Towhid for their efforts to make us feel comfortable during our stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed for long on a business trip. The rooms are studios with a kitchen, day place with TV and coach and the sleeping area. Great bathroom too. The place is well maintained and suitable for long stays. The parking is a bit challenging with narrow passages and parking lots. Great service, all staff is ready to make your stay pleasurable. The hotel has a small gym that can be improved and a small pool on top of the building. Well positioned in Jeddah close to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and pretty much everything you need. It is 15 min from the airport and anothe 15 to Jeddah Corniche and Formula 1 Circuit I would definitely book Hyatt House again.

The staff, the service, the pool, the room was absolutely amazing. The manager, the reception staff (we dealt with 4, two women, I didn’t get their names and three men one was named Ali), the waiters, the bellmen and doormen namely Faris were unbelievable. Our flight is not leaving till late they let us store our luggage, gave us a late checkout. Everything we asked they obliged. The breakfast was great a lot of options, I personally loved the omelettes and crepe’s. Highly, highly recommend the Hyatt House on Sari Road.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. My room was very clean and quiet, unfortunately it smell a lot like cigarette. The breakfast buffet is good.

Welcome to Hyatt House Jeddah Sari Street. I visited this hotel in the mid of Oct 2022. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the roof. The breakfast timing starts from 07:00 AM to 10:30 AM. The reception is on the L floor.
