I wouldn’t even rate this hotel with one star. Staff are extremely rude especially Naveed they didn’t give us a room made us wait hours told us to do our umrah and you will receive your room upon arrival even then we still didn’t get our room. Finally when we did receive our room they gave us such a dirty room with food stains all over the bed. I had to ask another member of staff to clean the room all they did was change the bed sheets. I have never stayed in a hotel like this in my life. I don’t understand how this hotel is still running.

Very Poor service. Bad behavior from Receptionist. didn't compromise with customer receptionist are all Arabic they didn't know Urdu and English only Arabic but it's Pakistani hotel. 3 lifts in this hotel 1 lift for staff & 2 lifts for customer lift capacity 4 to 5 passenger.12 floor & I think 100 + rooms & 2 lifts only.some time lifts didn't work Room are to much small. I am very disappointed from this pathetic service. Avoid from this pathetic hotel & staff. but it's 1 thing is good of this hotel it's near to HARAM 7 to 10 minutes walking distance to. I will never recommend this pathetic hotel. Ac not working.

It is rated as 3 start but i wont even rate it 2 star Lifts can go down any time and shakes everytime some steps in very badly Smelly washrooms(sometimes it is better to walk till haram for washroom) No space(they have added 1-2 extra beds in almost everyroom due to which no space left for bags No locks in washroom No toilet seat upper portion They also gave our room to someone else then they sended me to another room and told us to change the room the next day No person for taking bags to the room Will not recommend it to anyone ever Stills many things left which i didnt mention
