We stay at the new extension, we book a suite, sitting with kitchenettes, sofa bed, WC, and a king-size bed with a full bathroom, still brand new and still some small items missing, but it's a very nice suite and very quiet area.

It was an excellent experience. Room was spacious and super clean. Staff were above and beyond, very welcoming and friendly. Parking lot is spacious. Quality of AC is a little issue as well as hot water in bathroom. Other than that, a wonderful hotel that can assure a pleasant stay.

The food and staff is so accomodating... Specially jayson in room service department... I suggest if you want a staycation in tabuk choose holiday inn ihg...

The breakfast is absolutely fabulous, and specifically Jayson, is incredibly helpful and considerate, going well above and beyond expectations of excellent service. The rooms are lovely and rest of the staff incredibly kind as well. It should be noted that it is unfortunate that no services, such as a swimming pool, gym, or anything else but the restaurant are available to women, and perhaps with such a large and well appointed hotel, this could be modified to have those services available to the many women who undoubtedly also use this establishment and would deeply appreciate such a service.
