I am a long stayer. Everything is going well On my arrival, I was surprised by the reception that I would get a double bed room cause no more rooms with king size bed are available. I told them that I have the loyalty honord card if you won't upgrade the room, give me what i requested, and they reply that the honored membership doesn't work as long stayer. That surprised me. But I got the king-size bed after I insisted Other than that, all is upon expectations.

Although the facilities, amenities and services are luxurious and best in class, what makes this hotel unique is their people, their genuinely empathetic and welcoming team. Every single member of their team is genuine, smiling and always eager to help, even when I didn’t need it. They all practiced self introduction and showed genuine empathy and aimed at providing a great experience. I would like to mention the great hospitality of Md Fayzul, toufazal from housekeeping, and the f&b all team. Thank you for making my stay comfortable ☺️

I stayed at the Holiday Inn - Olaya during a business trip, my first visit to Saudi Arabia. The staff and management were all superb. My travel agent had accidentally cancelled my booking when revising my flight, but the staff took care of it on arrival without making me have to worry at all. Throughout the stay everyone was extremely attentive and professional. The rooms are well-maintained and clean and decent size. Absolutely recommended. There's even places nearby to walk to if you don't mind the heat!
