Unfortunately, the level of the hotel is very low and does not rise to one star as well as 5 stars, cleanliness is almost non-existent, whether in the hotel reception or rooms, there is no employee to carry items, the hotel corridors between the rooms are full of disgusting garbage bags .. I do not recommend staying in it at all..

Nice hotel, shuttle bus to and from Haram available, good breakfast, cooperative hotel staff, limited free car parking available, you can park outside hotel as well.

In all honesty, it is not a 5 starts hotel by any means! But that’s expected when being overused due to the huge amount of residents currently.. Cleanliness: 2/5 (very superficial, old rugs, wrinkled towels and spots on the sheets). Elevators: 4/5 (a bit old and noisy). Free WiFi: 0/5 (excuse me where? I don’t see it & it doesn’t connect xD). Bus: 4/5 (every hour but in the Haram, they only wait for a few minutes after prayer and take off to pick up guests from hotel so you’ll probably miss it unless you hurry up). Overall it’s very busy and crowded now and the staff are probably overworked and not doing their best but i’ll give it 3/5

The shuttle bus to haram was not organised. Only one bus every hour and people from other hotel all around charge onto the bus without any regard for the women and children trying to get on. The condition to enter the bus must be obly if you have a hotel card. Very very disappointing

The worst hospitality service I ever had ? I stayed 7 days, they only cleaned the room once! The best thing they have the reception staff always smiling ??
