Great location, great service, they take care of you. I got some noisy sound coming from the air conditioning and they fix it quickly and offer other room if it comes back. However, it’s very expensive to pay 950 Riyals for one night at Tabuk.

Good clean rooms. Excellent service on the desk at reception. Very friendly. Breakfast was OK. Location is great.

Everything was good, reception, room, breakfast. Just a slight issue, we were there for our anniversay, we had mailed the hotel for some flowers in the room. Which the hotel had okayed. But it was not done.Which was a disappointment. ??

Excellent front of house staff, very friendly and highly competent. Good breakfast and great beds. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped for the business traveller. Ample car parking and a good location for easy access to all local amenities.

Decent hotel for when staying in Tabuk, one of the better in the area. The amount of food they must waste is incredible as when you go to breakfast or dinner at the end of service, there is so much left.
