Hilton Garden Inn Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

So, I recently attended my school farewell party at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in al Jubail . It was such a memorable experience! The location was perfect .The staff was super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The Party hall was clean and beautifully decorated, with many comfy sofas.The hotel had a beautiful event space where we had our party, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They also had separate room for sandwiches, cake slices and coffee corner near the party hall. The decorations were on point, creating a festive and celebratory atmosphere. The food they served was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to cater to everyone's taste buds.🍽️🎉 Overall, it was the perfect venue for our farewell party, and I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn hotel for any special events!

It was awesome spending six solid nights at this hotel strategically sited directly opposite Jubail Beach with Corniche right in front. It has a great view and I was able to have this view from my room... what a great view. As for the rooms, I will say less this time and let the pictures on this review speak them all. I am glad to appreciate the following hotel staffers/employees for their outstanding gesture on delivering their services: Ayyaf - Guest Mgr. Sabreen - Front Desk Supv. Azizah - Receptionist. Yousef - Front Office Agent. Haitham - Chef. Syamlal - Bell Boy. Tej - Room Boy. Kindly extend my warmest regards to these ladies and gentlemen. The hotel is fine, my main comment is they may need to be more hospitable, and more generous on the room supplies

Beautiful hotel, great service , relaxed and felt just like home , Ibrahim specially was the provider of the best service.

Customer service are the best. Ms. Ibrar is so helpful and doing her best to serve the customers. Small note, room service team needs more improvement.
