I am really disappointed the hotel does *not* have a working gym. Just a small room with some equipment that is not in working condition. During my stay in March 2024, there were multiple construction sites immediately next door with noise starting at 6:00am. Similarly, the pool is not really usable. Very small with near-zero surrounding space, immediately next to the restaurant window. On the flip side, my room was spacious with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. I like that there is private and free parking in the basement. There is also decent, included breakfast.

Worst stay ever! My room was given away upon arrival and I was forced to sleep with my college in the room. No compensation was offered. Breakfast was maybe 2-Star worthy, maybe less. Staff was not helpful and my college got many items stolen from her room plus food consumed and found empty. Room was OK, but chewing gum in the carpet and they use too much perfume to cover bad smell, which is very unhealthy. Overall - bad experience. Hope no tourist ever comes here. Gives very bad picture about KSA...

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I parked my car in the underground parking area, I was greeted by an uncomfortable situation – a topless worker in the elevator area, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the room service. I had requested room service at 12 pm, but no one showed up for a staggering 12 hours, leaving me without the services I expected during my stay. Moreover, the condition of the room itself was less than ideal. The room's door had a significant 2 to 3 cm gap, making me feel like the door wasn't securely closed. This not only affected my sense of security but also allowed noise from my neighbor to seep in. I could hear all of her issues, making it incredibly difficult to get a good night's sleep. On the positive side, I was on the 19th floor, and the view from the room was impressive. However, this didn't entirely make up for the other shortcomings. Additionally, the mobile signal on that floor was remarkably weak, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was excruciatingly slow and frequently disconnected, making it challenging to stay connected during my stay. Overall, my visit to this hotel left me disappointed and frustrated due to the issues with room service, the room itself, and the lack of reliable internet connectivity. Despite the good view from my room, these shortcomings overshadowed any positives, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

Very poor front office staff. Don't pick up your luggage on arrival. Too much bureaucracy even for water. Duty Manager is insensitive to customer satisfaction n staff KPI.

Unfortunately the building from outdoor is attractive but from indoor the floor, the decoration and the furniture is not satisfaction. The location and this high tower Hotel required new management and renovation. Firstly, the bathrooms are flooded with water when I took shower when I complained to the duty manger he said this is a technical issue with the design of the building and we can’t do anything about it. Secondly, the mattress is single and not comfortable. Thirdly, the pillows are very soft and low also the towels were old. However, I have already informed the duty manger about those comments and I informed him that I will write those comments and publish it so everyone has to know before go and make any reservations. Finally, the price was expensive compared with the service provided. I don’t recommend this hotel until the top management have to do complete renovations.
