I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I parked my car in the underground parking area, I was greeted by an uncomfortable situation – a topless worker in the elevator area, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit.
One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the room service. I had requested room service at 12 pm, but no one showed up for a staggering 12 hours, leaving me without the services I expected during my stay.
Moreover, the condition of the room itself was less than ideal. The room's door had a significant 2 to 3 cm gap, making me feel like the door wasn't securely closed. This not only affected my sense of security but also allowed noise from my neighbor to seep in. I could hear all of her issues, making it incredibly difficult to get a good night's sleep.
On the positive side, I was on the 19th floor, and the view from the room was impressive. However, this didn't entirely make up for the other shortcomings. Additionally, the mobile signal on that floor was remarkably weak, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was excruciatingly slow and frequently disconnected, making it challenging to stay connected during my stay.
Overall, my visit to this hotel left me disappointed and frustrated due to the issues with room service, the room itself, and the lack of reliable internet connectivity. Despite the good view from my room, these shortcomings overshadowed any positives, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.
