HDB HOTEL- FINANCAL DISTRICT

I booked the suite that starts from the 20th floor and above The panoramic view is the most beautiful thing in the hotel, but unfortunately they need maintenance for some things, such as the refrigerator, door handle, towels in the bathroom, and a worker who stops the car, for example. Light touches will change the place to five stars, really Nice experience but I don't think it will be repeated

Only stayed for one night but every single person went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Mirnan, Yosef, Sarah, Raju (Naeem) and Iqbal. Gotta thank them personally and the hotel management that gives its employees the authority to be generous with clients Lovely views, great breakfast ? Parking is a bit inconvenient and rooms aren’t sound proof

I staid there for two night it was incredibly amazing. The veiw was the right thing to care about in such a hotel here in Riyadh, and especially where you could get more than a veiw in one room. Most of the popular and known hotels their views are only a one good enough window but in this place you will enjoy your time watching your great and turn your face left to continue watching the veiw. Also, Very clean! Pros: Great veiw, clean, nice small fridge, good AC conditioning. I would describe the cons as below: 1- our phone in the room was broken so we have faced a very bad moment that we really need to call the reception but we end up finding the hotel’s phone number in google map to call them through our own mobile. 2- The sounds privacy is not that good as you could hear the people inside their room while you are walking. Also you could feel that you are not comfortable talking knowing that there are people might hear you too. 3- The trash in the bathroom was a very bad quality when it drops every time you try to open it. 4- The bed pillows were very very bad and they were like a balloons? not a pillow. My neck even was hurting in first couple of minutes i put my head on. Anyway, that damn veiw forced me to give this hotel a 4 stars. It deserved it but i will get my own pillows next time. ?

Over all its great place but still missing some services like room service you have to call them your self for cleaning even if you but the light sign Facilities not yet ready As per reception it would take another one month for full operation I stayed here twice during my last 2 trips to Riyadh this month and I think I will be loyal to this hotel hopping to keep their service as good as its now Special thanks to Yasser and Al Ghamdi from reception
