Horrible security. Don’t expect yourself to feel safe in this hotel. The management doesn’t take any responsibility over safety and security of their guests. They allow any random stranger to stroll in the hotel and even grant them access to floors!

This hotel and some of the reception staff do not have any knowledge about hospitality etiquette or how to interact with guests. Their approach does not meet the standards expected from a hotel. Besides having to deal with the moodiness of some staff members, the overall service falls short of being considered a hotel.

Extremely unprofessional people answering calls at the hotel After passing the phone around to 3 people because they can't understand English, they just hung up! How is this kind of behavior going to help any business

Passable - room is clean but bathroom needs maintenance, missing half a door causing water to leak out to floor. If aircon is turned off the room has an overpowering mouldy smell. Also smoke was travelling from other rooms through the vents. None of the staff speak English so getting things like towels or asking for anything takes a while.
