This is the massage to the OWNER of this Hotel total staff are playing Politics to the new staff and am also work in this hotel only 7 month and after 7 month SALES MANAGER
And my co workers Mr.Tahir and Mr.Ramchander give me one Final Warning Lettar about BAD SMELL AND POOR PERSONAL HYGIENE That time i really shock about this things when i ask I can’t sign on this Letter they both of my co worker close to the Sales Manager of this hotel and Tahir & Ramchander this two bellmen Sale Whiskey to the Personal Guest and Drinks on duty i always notice the tahir making always problem with me AND i know very well about this two guys and then this two guys complaining about me and change my duty in night shift and this hotel SALES MANAGER he ask me i will TERMINATED you FOR NO ANY REASONS and this management will not give me first warning second warning jus give me final warning latter ⚠️ And Also this Management listen one side and this management not listen my side and management will force me to sign on my termination Paper and company will finish the contract and company not give my full Salary and This Management is really uneducated and everyone in this hotel like he is the owner of this hotel and if they feel bad smell form me then he should be talk to other staff in Night Shift…
I hope next time this type of staff not kicks to other staff……
