The resort experience fell short of expectations, resembling more of a 3-star hotel rather than the luxurious 5-star retreat we anticipated, especially considering the hefty $2000 per night price tag. Regrettably, our requests for an extra blanket and an E-bike required three reminders each, highlighting a concerning lack of promptness in service. This resulted in a frustrating 50-minute delay, causing us to miss half of the movie. To compound the dissatisfaction, the outdoor movie theater's projector exhibited notably poor resolution.
At the checkout we had to wait for 35mins for someone to pick up our luggage. When we got to the reception they didn’t even bother to ask us about how our stay went showing how amateur their customer service aspect is.
I must acknowledge the redeeming aspects of the natural scenery and the pool, as well as the commendable restaurant, warranting a one-star rating for each.
