Grand Plaza Riyadh

It’s been my choice of stay for two years. The non-smoking apartments are clean. The hotel has an underground parking which is always a plus. The location is also good, and close to everything important.

I will begin with the positives: the staff at reception is nice and helpful. Other than that this hotel is really below quality standards. I booked a king bed room and got two single beds. The wifi doesnt work or break every 10 seconds and if you manage to connect it wont last more than 5 minutes with turtle speed. Impossible to work or do anything on your laptop or phone. Phone in the room doesnt work. Calling front desk from the room is mission impossible. Even The hairdryer doesnt work.

Just an OK hotel located in a convenience location. Facilities are not bad but it’s just that the rooms stink to cigarette smell all over the place. Terrible. I asked for a room change but my request was ignored….

Good hotel, old but well maintained… cleaning perfectly… Breakfast spread need to improve.. reception guys need to be more careful as they mistakenly provided some other room key while check in and i went there and opened there was someone already inside, luckily i manage to explain the details to person inside the room and he understand as reception guy made the mistake… then i went back to reception and asked then he said sorry mistake your room was different…

Had the most awsome 4 day stay here at this most wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Riyadh...Upon artival I was warmly greeted and kindly assisted by concierge at the door Mr Shouaibaz...The first receptionist I met on check in was Mr Ahmed...outstanding customer service provided by him...He was so incredible and kind as I asked for the location of my room to be changed after about 5 hours...he helped me find my perfect room and Mr Shouaibaz came promptly to assist with the move and is such an expert in own right...I also commend and applaud all the other receptionists who were so amazing and awesome helpful as well..Mr Hussein ...Mr Fahad ...Mr Mahsen...all provided excellent customer service and Mr Hussein was excellent in assisting me with my online bookings for 2 spectacular events in Riyadh.....All the gentleman ..(bellboys) at the front entrance door of hotel were super ? amazing and helpful...The hotel is beautiful and my room was very comfortable and lovely...Housekeeping staff were excellent...Thank You Mr Siddant for my clean neat room everyday..The view from the rooftop is most breath taking and stunning ? I enjoyed delicious ,mouth watering ,sumptuous breakfasts during my 4 days there ...Mr Arman..Mr Saif...JB...Mr Abdullah ..all the Egyptian and Philippino chefs were amazing and provided excellent customer service at the breakfast buffet ...On one day I ordered room service for breakfast...wow it was lovely and expertly organised and promptly delivered by Mr Rahmatullah with service excellence ...I am so grateful to You All for my incredible stay at your hotel and Thank You All sooo much ? ❤️ May Allah open many more doors to your success... 9th March 2023 I would like to place on record my most sincere gratitude for Hotel Manager Mr Hussein and Receptionist Mr Ahmed for their great efforts and very kind assistance in trying to go to extra lengths to help me recover a lost item near the hotel...This is the best ? customer service ever ...I Thank you both so much and May Allah bless You'll always...
