Overall, excellent stay. Good customer service compared to surrounding hotels. Plenty of parking and many elevators. Food through room service was ok, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was better, although I opted to prepare my own. Close to Rashid mall where several coffee shops and restaurants. Two minutes walking distance.

The hotel rooms were clean, and service was fast, but there were drawback. Each room had 1 socket to charge devices rest weren’t compatible. In the other hand if you were to order breakfast from room service, then you will expect blend food… No flavour basically. I hope they can fix that. Moreover when they cleaned the room, they didn’t leave new towels behind and tissue boxes. Location wise very good, Al Rashid is in front. There are local super market near, walking distance and more.
