The worst hotel ever, not clean old furniture bed matress is very old and it will damage your back the pillows smiley the bathroom is not clean i asked for slippers they throw it at the door a very bad room services they never answer the extension after midnight the reception is not professional over all the hotel is so bad don’t ever think to book in it if there is less then one start i will rate it minus 10

modest hotel ، rooms have old furniture and not clean, reception empty for a long time and no one answer on the phone plus location too far on city and no view at all

Very old facility the pool has been broken for more than 2 years now. The desk lamp flickers when you touch the table the bed side lamps are broken. The price is way too high you can pay a couple of riyals and go to the hotel right next to it for better rooms. Breakfast is terrible they don’t have black coffee in the rooms nor the coffee shop. Reception lies to you so you can checkout early and has a bad attitude. Very bad experience won’t stay there ever again.

Q3 2022 Each time I go there is some renovation b noisy work inside the building near my room Q2 2022 3.5* Good location, new wine in old bottle hotel / renovated rooms, good WiFi Every kind of noise in the passage, next room is clearly herd in the room. Nuisance was during my noon nap when there was some masonary work going on n when complained they said it will continue for another 30 mins

Was a good hotel 10 years ago now tired and grubby. Moved rooms to find hot water, food on the hallway floors, room furniture torn and stained and despite coffee shop all 3 coffeee machines broken
