Hotel is good, location is perfect, rooms are clean, but room service is worst. When we call room service for any thing, they say ok but no one will bother to come, no toiletries, no towels, no response from reception.. Overall enjoyed only because of location, but very bad experience by staff

First room was having ac not working. Continuously breaker was tripping. Om complaint they changed the room but washroom was smelly. Housekeeping didn't make the room nor clean the trash the second day. Extremely uncomfortable pillows

Stayed for 2 nights and made up my mind not to return again. Poor quality rooms including beds, furniture, bathrooms, noisy aircon, etc. Bathroom drainage is bad. Gave us the experience of cheap hotel for the big price we were charged. Employees across appeared disconnected. Front office didn't get back on a request for room change. Restaurant is the only good experience we had. You're better off with other places!
