The building, facility was updated, clean, and serviceable. The service was unresponsive and inattentive. The location was heavily burdened with traffic, construction, and detours, not a pleasantly walkable area for families, unsafe. I hope that one day KSA will modernize the thought and approach to health, wellness, and safety, regarding smoking policies. Smoking inside of accommodations is outdated, unhealthy, unsafe, and impractical. It must be banned and enforced.

Location is good. Near batha market. City centre is some 30mins by cab. Supermarkets are nearby. Staff is good and breakfast ok. Rooms are nice.

Decent hotel, especially for the price. Attentive staff and free underground parking. The standard room isn’t huge, but it’s big enough to be comfortable for two. Bed is alright but the pillows are annoying. One is too low and two is too high. However overall I would consider returning.
