Small rooms and pathetic service. Very crowded in seasons. Take days to resolve simple complaints.

We booked for family 2 rooms with 5,5 beds but they give us 2 rooms with 4,4 beds next day they birng one more bed and adjust in the same room then there was no space to walk or pray . AC was making noise like helicopter. Service is very low . They will not clean the room until you checkout

It is a small hotel with 10-12 floors. There are 4 lifts which are always full. The rooms are clean but not big enough to place yours as well. I booked a room for three with 3 single beds. It was a good experience but remember there are three hotels with this name. Remember to ask your hotel's complete name beforehand. We were dropped Infront on Rawaheel al-huda 3 but we were supposed to go to Rawaheel al-huda 1 which lied 2 streets back.
