The front staff is soooo nice. The hotel is good for anyone looking for cheap accommodation. In our room no tv no kettle no towel etc. But we are okay. One day sleep only. And their hotel room is quite clean. Alhamdulillah. Btw the hotel is surrounded with small restaurant baqalah. Nearby city center too.

The service was very bad and the staff were not polite. Also, it was not clean and there was a smoking smell in the room. The price was very expensive compared to the service.

Good place to stay.. Clean and spacious rooms, cooperative staff... Going to haram (to haram parking entrance from baqee side) is very easy.. No car parking issue...

For price, location, shuttle and everything else it should get a 5*... but WiFi is the most important thing in this generation but it only works in the ground floor lobby which is a shame... and the number of people able to connect is also limited. Other than that, can't really fault it
