The inly good thing about this hotel is the view. Otherwise, nothing more TV not working, fridge small and old, no coffee or tea and nothing much for the bath kit. Plus, the price is higher than it deserves. You could get much better hotels in Jeddah than this one.

I am usually stay here for business trips. The service is not within expectation. Kindly find the below points you have to consider/ long check-in process they are not dealing well with their travel agencies. Shower drainage needs maintenance or cleaning, no one will ask you about your stay.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life (and have been everywhere ) old and ugly unlike the pics on their website , I needed a wheelchair for my mom and was given a broken one , nothing works in the room (fridge, Tv,…) literally nothing , prices are Fourseasons’s prices ! Whoever read this it’s better not to even think about staying here .

This hotel is not 5 star in anyway except the location. Poor everything from service, hospitality, room cleaning, to room comfort... Very poor indeed.
