The best thing about this hotel is the workers there, especially Mr. Maher. He helped us a lot. Rooms were clean enough, and housekeeping service was available. The breakfast was an open buffet. There was a good variety of food. The location of the hotel is great because there is a bus shuttle that takes you from and to Haram from a non-stop way that is not accessible to private cars or buses. But the location is way too crowded, but to us, it was good.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The location is pretty bad and you would have to use the shuttle service that is provided close to the hotel to get to the masjid. Getting to the masjid is simple enough but getting back is a problem as the queue to the buses are pretty long and you would have to talk to each driver to find out if they going to the hotel. The place itself is great with really nice rooms, bathrooms are mediocre but its not bad and the room is service is quite friendly and great.

The greatest thing about this hotel is the shuttle bus to Alharam. Almost every 20 minutes there is a bus. Friendly staff, they respond quickly to the requests and offer solutions for any issue that may happen. In general a good experience there! The breakfast was not that good so I do not recommend it.

The best thing was the bus from and to Haram. Reception usually has 1 receptionist only, which makes it slow. Overall, good value for money

Advantages ..Clean, neat, and nice staff there, shuttle bus is there.. Restaurant is moderate,, not bad, but sometimes serve only Turkish food according to the guested there, food can be delivered also from the Restaurant. Disadvantages .. area not fully serviced only one grocery and one bad Restaurant outside, but gift shops are easy. Distance from haram was an issue for me, if I have more money I would book in other side at Alsa'a tower direction where more restaurants and front of haram.

Elaf Bakkah Hotel is a 4 star hotel in mecca. It’s 4 km from both the Great Mosque of Mecca and Zamzam Well. Hotel offers flat-screen TVs, minifridges, free Wi-Fi, plus tea and coffeemaking equipment. Upgraded rooms offer modern decor. Room service is available 24/7. Market laundry restaurant and barber just right next door. The hotel have 24H shuttle bus. Hotel has a coffee shop and a lobby lounge. The staff is friendly. They also have separate prayer room for male and female.
