The carpet in the room was not clean and had multiple stains.There were mosquitoes and multiple bugs in the room.The bathroom/toilet was absolute nightmare with small bugs and the hose/shower head didn't worked properly. Th space between sink and banktop was very dirty so werr the shower walls. Food was average. We booked it because of it's approximity to Haram Shareef. We paid quite the price and was expecting a better service. But I must say the staff was very efficient and friendly.

This facility offers an extremely poor customer service especially in the reception and billing services. Trying to communicate with staff by phone from inside the hotel and from outside is almost mission impossible. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Staff must improve customer service. Existing star ratings is very exaggerated. Value for money is poor. The hotel has a good location and offers an average breakfast buffet for an extra charge.

Thermostat doesn't work at all. Wifi connection is extremely slow and disconnects after few days and you have to sign in again. The temperature control in the bathrooms are not good at all. It's either extremely hot or cold. Carpets need cleaning. Breakfast is extremely bland. Some foods are very dry such as some pastries and other items. It is not worth the 50 Riyal to get breakfast here.

Not the best experience. The hotel building is old. The water from the bathroom sink came through black on multiple occasions. We complained and were told to run the taps. The bathroom drain smell was bad and came into the room. There were no views just broken buildings. Great location otherwise

*positive things: the location that is very near to Haram and that the entrance is accessible easily. The room is spaceous and nice. The bathroom is also spacious and hot water is excellent. They have a good safe box There is a prayer room connected to haram. The buffet is nice and the supervisor is very nice and polite -Negatives: We stayed 4 days in this hotel and we paid 1400 riyals per night . everyday I was begging them to clean the room and they will promise at the reception to get it done but nothing happens .. they will just make up the bed .. The carpet is very dirty and looks like its not washed for a very long time .. I really hope the administration of the hotel to look at this matter and increase the number of staff and monitor the cleaning and the services.

Elaf Al Mashaer hotel is around 5 min walk to get to the Haram. Hotels offer free wi-fi, flat screen TVs, safes etc. The lounge is beautiful and the service is decent. The room was as expected and more than excellent.Nice view from the room. Parked at a nearby free parking lot. The hygiene level is good and the hotel is Neat and tidy.
