Emaar Grand Hotel Makkah (Formerly Dar Al Eiman Grand Hotel)

To be honest when I read the reviews of this hotel I had a different image in my head. But my stay proved the reviews wrong. It was a lovely hotel. House keeping were 5 ⭐️. Always helpful, gave everything i needed. Cleaned the room when I asked. Like I said housekeeping were just GREAT. The location of the hotel was in the BEST place. Everything in my convenience and the best thing was that it was just a 10min walk to haram shareef. I will give it 5/5

This is a very good hotel compared to the other hotels in the vicinity. It’s located in Ibrahim Al Khalil street, about 1 Km walk from the Haram (about 15-20 minutes walk depending on your speed). I have booked a quad room. It was spacious, clean and doesn’t smell. It had street view, from the 8th floor, beds and linen were clean, bathroom was well maintained and clean. The room is spacious enough for the needs, there is a kettle and facility to make coffee, and there is a small fridge. Electronic card keys work fine with no issues. There is a small wardrobe / hanger for clothes. The single beds and mattresses are comfortable. I would give this room / hotel an overall rating of 8/10. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was almost seamless with no issues. It did take few minutes longer to check in more than necessary, but compared to other hotels in the region and previous experiences, it was really good.

This is 4 star hotel. It has a prayer floor where you can pray with jamaat, offers buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a shopping mall inside. It's about a 15 minute walk to the haram. The best rooms are spacious, the bathroom is posh, and the beds are clean.

Rooms were delicate. Room Service was fast and elegant. Wifi was not good in rooms. Overall 4.1

A very good experience during umrah in May 2022. All interested in a hotel with parking, this is the place to stay as they provide paid parking (50 SAR/Day). Adding this amount to daily charges makes it a great deal. The services are good. The staff is congenial and helping.
