One of the best hotels in Jeddah. Staff are really friendly and respectful. They always take a good care of me and my need especially that I’m a regular visitor. And due to my visit to Jeddah this time in Ramadan I’ve really enjoyed the breakfast the food was really good especially the live station ( they provide additional Arabian food) last but not least a very big thanks to (Omar) for service and the hospitality.

I had my daughter's wedding in Crystal hall last Saturday and the experience was great because the service provided by the hall coordinator Ms Hams was extremely helpful and responsive, this was very crucial due to some unexpected changes at the last moments when Ms Hams with her great management helped us to overcome. Many Thanks to Ms Hams for the great help and support.

A very nice and tidy hotel, and the staff at the reception are very wonderful. As for the restaurant, it is very beautiful, and the seating around the restaurant is comfortable. I would like to thank brother Ahmed Al-Zahrani, who works in the coffee shop Polite person and was quick to place the order .

It's my first time time to Jeddah and the hotel is convenient to travel to from the airport and is about 20 minutes away from the city centre. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. And due to a small misunderstanding (no fault of their own) we were upgraded to the executive suite. The room is modern, spacious and clean. From the 6th floor we had a great view of the airport and seeing planes land and take off (if you like that kind of thing). A great hotel.

The hotel has 1 outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop for men & ladies combined. The Hotel serves 1 refined restaurant on the ground floor named Mavi, which has international cuisine and operates an open buffet for breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. The hotel also has Spa/Health Club on the Rooftop.
