I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Riyadh, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to the incredible cleaning staff, specifically Antony and Devan, who made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I entered my room, it was evident that cleanliness was a top priority for the hotel. The attention to detail and meticulous upkeep of the room was truly commendable. I was thoroughly impressed with how spotless everything was, and it made me feel instantly at ease. Antony and Devan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my room was always in pristine condition. They were attentive, friendly, and consistently delivered exceptional service throughout my stay. No matter what time of day, they were always prompt, courteous, and ensured that everything was in order. I stayed in room 1475, and I can confidently say that it was one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotel rooms I have ever experienced. The linens were fresh and neatly arranged, the bathroom was immaculate, and every corner of the room was flawlessly maintained. Antony and Devan truly deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to maintaining such high standards of cleanliness. Super nice & great hotel ! Me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time we visit Riyadh. Great location, great service, friendly staff especially the F&B. Good value for the money. Breakfast was delicious. Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it Thank you!

Everything went well here. The staff are nice and friendly. The rooms are well-maintained. The only disadvantage I can think of is the location. There are no supermarkets or restaurants withing walking distance and therefore I had to order from the hotel's restaurant which was VERY expensive. Ordering food online without a saudi phone number isn't allowed. Having said that, it was all good and special thank to Anthony who maintained our room efficiently.

The Hotel exceeded my expectations was spotless very comfortable the staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you Abdullah for the help with the early check in. And the Saudi coffee at the front was great. I had a great experience in this hotel and for sure I will come again.
