Don't waste your money. Go to another, better priced, and quality Marriott property. Arrived late, as noted during online check-in to have the front desk worker had counted myself and my coworker as no-shows.. he shows us a paper and has us point to our names, no ID verification done. Upon entering my room, I discovered the outdattedness of it, among other things like water stains on the ceiling, male hair in the tub, no robe, and the list goes on. After flying and being tired, I just wanted to go to bed. Much to my discomfort, the mattress holds about the same as the floor on the hardness scale. All of my body weight wasn't enough to even dip the mattress. The bed also wasn't really made, with a flat sheet just tossed over the mattress, not tucked in at all.
Fast-forward to the next day. I attempted to order coffee to be delivered to my room. Aside from the absolutely ridiculous 60 SAR price tag, I was called to be told they didn't have what they advertised. Canceled my order. Enter the advertised STARBUCKS in the lobby to inquire about how they made something else on their menu, which needed the same ingredient to be told that it's their own house version. They were unable to answer as to why it is advertised and priced as a Starbucks product. Returning to my room to make coffee, I discovered my tea kettle looked at though it hadn't been cleaned since the Stone Age and all (2 whole packets) the coffee provided was decaf.
To add injury to insult, while attempting to fix the sheet on the bed, I bumped into the night stand and the unsecured glass piece meant to protect the wood slid off and smashed down on my foot.
With this having all transpired within the first 12 hours on the property, it really helped me make a quick decision to cancel my subsequent stay here the following week and rebook at the location I previously stayed, which was far better in quality, service, and price, and suggest you spare yourself the headache and just book elsewhere to start with.
