Mixed experience, despite instructions to leave at least 4 bottles of water, the staff leave only 2 small bottles of drinking water. When I asked them again, the bell boy turned up with one bottle of water and a bill.

poor service by hotel management team specially reception team. room was not cleaned properly. Not sufficient light in room. storage space is also less and wardrobe was also not cleaned properly. everytime demanded for money for small small bill also despite paying all room charges in advance. will not recommend to book said hotel.

Room was good but the carpet was very old and peal. They should refresh the room after the guests, the room was smells bad.
