All the staff, from the front of house to the waiters to the housekeeping staff were friendly, kind and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were really excellent, and the staff could not have been kinder and more helpful. A special mention for Shubham, Raghu and Didaeul who were always there when I needed them.

Exceptionally delicious breakfast at Rotana Riyadh. Special thanks for the Indian tea prepared by Shaher and for his excellent service. Also service by the entire team - Didarul, Raghu, Shubham and Abu Naim is appreciated.

It was a really very nice place and welcoming from the receptionist staff they were very friendly and professional . Also, it takes good care of the customer to provide the best service .

The hotel rooms are well clean, has good space of room and is within the city so almost all are near the area like hotels and malls etc. and some are walking distance. The check in is fast but i already book it online and the staffs are accommodating. I did enjoyed my stay there. I can only say is that i can hear the opening and closing of the door beside my room, and theres not much of english shows in the television.
