One of the worst hotels ever. They do not answer phones or emails at all. The rooms are small and the toilets are even smaller. They don't really care about guests. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Centro hotel have a lot to offer from there costumers.They have the best view on the top,with nice swimming pool and more to look.

It's good place to visit the highlighting places of khobar, but it can get quite busy and crowded during weekends or national holidays.

Rooms are quite ok, but service is not up to the mark. During my stay (3 nights) I complained many times that my room phone is not wokring since check-in time but no action till my departure. Internet was down for almost one day. If you request anything, you will get it very late. Other better hotels are available within Alkhobar within the same budget.
