CASTELLO SUITES

We've been in this hotel a couple of times and as far as I know, we did not experienced anything bad. The hotel managers were very accommodating as well as the staffs. It's just that some rooms are not well maintained specially their air condition but apart of that everything is fine. The cheapest but best Hotel Suites that you can find in Riyadh. Looking forward to visit this place again

I think my boyfriend and I were the first guests this season. Some of the suites are still under construction, spa is not functional and pools can not be heated (but it said so on the website). I was ready to complain and give them a horrible review but I simply cant!Our suite was spotless clean, the view was amazing, we had a welcome drink and fruits, internet was slow but functional. The staff was so nice, so welcoming, so serving I can say they are the main reason why I would recommend this place! Food was excellent, the view while you eat your meal is fantastic! 20 steps from the hotel and you are at the beach! Right across from hotel entrance is a mini market and along the beach there are restaurants with excellent food and drinks on the menu. I would recommend this place to everyone - when they are fully functional!

good hotel low price clean friendly staff & good location

I dropped by at the hotel to make an inquiry for a flat with 3 rooms. Unfortunately, the receptionist on duty (Egyptian guy in red shirt on the photo) that I asked is so rude. He did not even bother to ask what do I need exactly. This is unprofessional behavior of a hotel receptionist. Poor hospitality management!
