Casablanca Hotel Jeddah

Staff are terribly rude. I asked for cutlery for my dinner and they throw the plastic packet of cutlery in my direction on the table. And the next day more aggressive behaviour as we wait for our bus to leave. They basically tell us all to get out. Glad I stayed here for free, as the airline put us up after a flight delay. I liked the room and bed. So it’s such a shame the staff are rude and aggressive. Do not stay here.

The rooms are normal, me and my family had a wedding in the wedding hall, the ac was extremely cold, it was bellow freezing, the staff were so nice to turn higher the temperature but it kept becoming even colder, please get that check, it ruined my experience, the parking is so bad, the staff busses and the hotel guest parking is the same the parking is far away from the hotel, its extremely small, and it barely fits any car because of the busses, i would like to thank Mr.Hani Zain and Mr.Mohammad from sales department

This used to be a much nicer hotel. My room had a cigarette stink. The toilet seat was broken. The front door latch got stuck and for a while I thought the door would need to be broken. When my wife tried to use the hair dryer it fell apart in her hand! Room had very little drinking water and although we booked the room forn2 adults there was one towel and one set of toiletries. The staff was courteous.

Parking is far a way from hotel and it is full. I had to park far from parking and hotel. Dirtiest couch ever. Furniture filled with dust. Wedding ceremony was inside my room all night long ?‍? Worest experience ever. 1 satr is too much for such experience ?

Has lots of Attitude problems of the staff from Front desk to Drivers, restaurant staff, aggressiveness and rudeness is basic problem. Housekeeping also needs lots of improvement Senior management is helpful and wants to help, but seems helpless Restaurant mangers seem busy on Mobile and gossips, staff generally looks away, needs to be called number of times to get attention Menu in all three meals is of bare minimum variety not worthy of a 3 to 4 star hotel. There is hardly one main course rest are fillers. Once a dish finishes it is seldom replenished staff apologies. Even if is start time of that meal. Feedback and comments cards are not in practice at all. A basic requirement of any corporate setup Corporate setups become institutions in due course by corrective preventive measures I would request the higher management to look into
