Casablanca Hotel Jeddah

DO NOT STAY HERE! we were accommodated here after a cancelled flight, the rooms smell although they’re pretty and vintage they all have an overpowering smell, but the worst thing is the parties. It sounds like the party is in your room!!! I got woken up by the drum and base vibrations. Luckily they changed my room but the thought of this everyday for people who want to have a pleasant stay is ridiculous! Party won’t end till 4/5Am… it started at 8

I would recommend to not go there. The description of the Hotel is not correct. There is no Pool, the fotos on booking and other websites are not correct! When we asked the reception, where the pool is, they told us there is no pool. When we asked again, they said right now it is closed. Funny thing, cause neither are there any signs that there is a Pool in the building, nor didnt we find the supposed "closed" pool on any of the floors in the building. When we asked that they should mention that on the website, they didnt care at all, neither did they gave us another option if there is another pool or something like that nearby. Furthermore, the reception staff couldnt answer simple questions like: is there a public transport? How can we get to the airport other than paying for a private transport? Is there some sights or something like that nearby? And neither did they inform us that there is breakfast included. Usually i am not picky. But for a 4star hotel I expected more than that. It is a complete waste of money, i recommend to check into a different hotel, every other hotel is probably worth the money.

They gave one room and it was extremely smelly full off bad old smell and humidity of furniture. The changed the room and still the same. It is a very bad and forgettable experience

Staff are terribly rude. I asked for cutlery for my dinner and they throw the plastic packet of cutlery in my direction on the table. And the next day more aggressive behaviour as we wait for our bus to leave. They basically tell us all to get out. Glad I stayed here for free, as the airline put us up after a flight delay. I liked the room and bed. So it’s such a shame the staff are rude and aggressive. Do not stay here.

Parking is far a way from hotel and it is full. I had to park far from parking and hotel. Dirtiest couch ever. Furniture filled with dust. Wedding ceremony was inside my room all night long ?‍? Worest experience ever. 1 satr is too much for such experience ?
