Best bath-top The restaurant in the 3 rd floor is new as soft opening. The salads, are amazing. The French soup was freshly made and distinguished. 5/5. The refresher juice was reminder to me with tropical visits. 5/5 Chicken wings has serious problem with the supplier but sauce covered that. Thanks to the Chief. 2/5

I’m writing this while waiting for the extremely late pill boy. Very bad experience. Not recommend The room was kinda nice. However everything else from the service was extremely disappointing! I asked for a room make over and no one cleaned up. I asked for a room change and no one replied. I also asked to get contact with the supervisor and again no one answered.! I had to wait and ask twice for everything I ordered!

I would recommend Burj rafal. It's one of the best hotels in Riyadh. Quality services with professional staff. Rooms always ready before checking in, breakfast always on time. Having a special occasion

We had pleasant stays at this property, thanks to Abdullah Alhamawi for the room upgrade and special preparations made ahead of our arrival as we were celebrating an occasion. However, the local guy at the cafe shop may need more training. He need to be welcoming, smile at guests or at least response when guests are talking to him. The other issue was that the refund of the remaining amount after checking out, they have not issue that regardless of the number of calls and emails. It was released by the bank after 40 days.
