It is good and comfortable keeping in mind the price they offer, very reasonable and lesser than the other hotels nearby

My stay was relatively good. But there was no breakfast offered. Kindly clean/change your carpet. Update your lounge furnitures and interior design.

Capital O 162 Brzeen Hotel for me was very great. The room I stayed in was very comfy and spacious. However, there was some problem I've encountered. First, I've booked my reservation ahead of time, but why is it that there is no available room when I got there??? So what's the use of having an early reservation??? Second, NO available kettle in the room and the receptionist is not very accomodating. Maybe next time, if someone booked for a reservation, you should reserve the room for him/her, so that the client will not wait for a long time. So far, I've had a great time staying in this hotel ???

2* hotel. Basic room features. No coffee amenities, no coffee shop, or restaurant. Room rate is low. Parking available basement. Ideal for travelers good for one night, or who wants to have a sleep bin Riyadh.

I should have given 4 stars. But because of the receptionist who isn't helpful and accomodating. Yet, the rooms are spacious.
