In down town Jeddah, not the best location and a little run down. The hotel has some great staff who do the best they can in a hotel with some issues. The WIFI is very intermittent and often drops out. My bath did not drain and friends had issues with water leaking out of the bathroom light fittings, aircon units and mold. The key cards rarely worked which a trip back down to the front desk to get it sorted out.

Mr. Hatem from the fron desk has been very helpful and accommodating for my 1 month of stay in the hotel. The whole team is excellent..

Nice and reciption guys are nice .for me the fourth floor is noisy because of the AC on the roof. Staff are good
