I took a junior suite, What I like : the reception guys was very good and cooperative , The space is good the bed is comfortable , the breakfast is acceptable. What I feel neutral about: The furniture is old , the water pressure in the bathroom is weak, the service is a bit slow , you might not have everything you asked as sometimes it’s not available. If i would be fair ill give it over all 2.8/5

Overall excellent stay as everything is perfect and we enjoyed our 1 month stay in Boudl Hera hotel. Great hospitality and service…Special mention about the Manager Ashraf as his smile keeps the customers very comfortable and happy as he goes beyond to our expectations when we ask for help…
