Very nice hotel good location , lovely rooms but way too small, breakfast was very disappointing no variety what so ever. The interiors are perfect and staff very nice. But food is a big concern.

Newly renovated or newly build, modern look while maintaining traditional hospitality, excellent and professional service and cleanliness. Only area that could have made me knotch up the star is the size of the room

Rooms ok, room.service terrible, almost a joke, the cleaning staff are useless, the chefs in the kitchen are realy bad, probably amongst the worst I've ever come across, they don't even know how to cook an egg however the staff at reception are good

I wanted to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at your hotel. I found the service provided by your staff to be quite unhelpful and lacking in quality. Unfortunately, due to this negative encounter, I have made the decision not to return to your hotel in the future.

Salam u aleykum. Very happy, there was a good service from staff. It was clean and nice. One night we had bought so many things, so Mohammed roman one of the employes helped with a Bell boy even tho the clock was almost 1am. My grandmother is ik a wheelchair so it helped a lot(thats Why YOU cant see EVERYTHING WE bought)
