I recently stayed at your hotel in Riyadh and wanted to provide some feedback. Firstly, I must say that the location of your hotel is absolutely fantastic! Being in the heart of Riyadh made it very convenient for me to explore the city and visit all the major attractions. Thumbs up on that! Although the service was decent, I believe there is room for improvement. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but I felt that the overall service could be more attentive and prompt. It would be great if you could possibly enhance the service experience for future guests. Now, let's talk about the room decorations. While the basic amenities were in place, I personally felt that the room could use some development in terms of decor. It lacked a certain charm and warmth that could make it more inviting and comfortable. Adding some artistic touches or unique accessories could go a long way in enhancing the overall ambiance of the rooms. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience staying at your hotel. Room service is quick which usually is a problem with most hotels. The reception folks were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is close to electronics and I could buy my phone charger which I had forgotten. Breakfast is not good esp if you’re veg - very limited spread. Rooms are okay.
