Overpriced! We were charged SR 600/- for a 2BR apartment for one night. Later in the night when I went to get a shower, I found out that the water heater was broken and also the toilet seat cover was missing. Although we complained to the guy at the front desk, he just disappeared afterwards, probably to avoid us. Also there was a bag of garbage between the bed and the wall clearly indicating that they don't clean the rooms properly.

Nice rooms nice resort with a little garden and play area in front. one night stay for 300 riyals.. 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom and the other with 2 beds) 1 hall and kitchen and bathroom. Neat and clean well furnished apartments.

It is beautiful! Very clean, very peaceful. This place is best if u want to calm urself from ur busy city life. The water fountain at the entrance is giving such a relaxing ambiance that you'd just want to sit there silently enjoying peace of the nature.
