+Facility maintained well. +Rooms have ample space and well cleaned. +Location is little far from Haram (require transportation) -No English speaking staff -Parking available but not for everyone because of few parking spots. -No shuttle (bus) of hotel to/from Haram -No restaurant in-house or nearby -No coffee shop inside.

Nice experience - hospitality staff - clean - good price - there is no special parking - no bus for haram’s visitors - all services you need near by hotel - finally Olayan Plaza good choice in makkah thanks for egyption manger for free upgrade ???

Its distance from haram is about 4.5 kilometres however it is a very reasonable facility for Umra and Hajj as its located on the main road and u can get all types of public transport just outside the hotel

It is a reasonable building in azizia. Rooms are satisfactory but service and other amenities are not of the standard. I think it is mostly booked in hajj and for limited time periods the stay is ok here.
