Hotel located 1.2 Kms from Masjid Al Haram. Very bad experience with staff. Nobody responds properly. Despite continue follow ups no response.

The worst worst hotel I have ever seen .To expansive,and dirty rooms, no Wi-Fi ,stinky bathrooms, LAZY room service. Someone stole our wheelchair from the front of our hotel room. I DON’T RECOMMEND IT ! SLEEPING IN THE STREETS IS BETTER.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH ROOM SERVICE THE WORST! Bathroom so disgusting! Staff never bothers to clean. They’re lazy! I told them to clean the room after they finished I DIDNT SEE A DIFFERENCE! Refrigerator so dirty. Don’t get me started on the BEDS! Even the staff is aware of themselves being absolutely careless and unbothered! I even feel disgusted when I touch the floor! This is a nightmare and I don’t recommend this.
