If you’ll stay here you should expect very poor room service & will stay days without room cleaning, towels change& water refills and unfortunately the help desk has nothing to do just give you excuses! (note: only 2 towels in 4 beds room!)

For a three star hotel it was reasonable.Location is near Alharamain train but far from a Alharam Almakki.

Clean and tidy room. Only one sheet towel, no tooth paste & brush, one little bar soap and two small tube of shampoo. Free mineral water for the first night only.

The worse checking in and receptionist ever I know and experience!!!! Very rude and it took me 30 minutes to check in even i arrived late !!!
