The service is great, Mr. Salman especially was super helpful in ensuring our rooms get cleaned on time and that we have a comfortable stay as we come back extremely tired from working at port The rooms are quite basic, they get cleaned well everyday which is great. The bathroom design is a bit funny because there’s no tub, but that’s most budget hotels in Jubail I guess
