Nice hotel with a nice cafeteria at the lobby, the only problem was inter, that time wifi was nit working.... Hope it will do better next time inshallah

I lost my zamzam on reception there... My flight was in morning 7.25am and staff said come at 9.00am to check camera....???. But staff didn't corporate with us ..... Rooms and hotel is tidy ...

Good experience They have Good staff on reception. The rooms and toilets are very clean.cup board side table bed blanket bed sheet every thing was clean. Body cleaning towel ,hand towel ,and soup are available.there is no rush in the lifts.only 10 to 12 mint distance from Mecca.

MashaAllah this is good and beutiful hotel near Masjid Al Haram Mecca They have good facilities and very clean hotel Cold and heat water also available in each room In every room have refrigerator and LCD TV And his bedroom is also good In this hotel also have cofee shop and canteen and cloth shop And in this hotel also have restaurent and Masjid
