Very bad experience we had already booked the hotel and reached their at 8:30pm. They gave us dirty room. Upon asking the agent he made the stupidest excuse saying that because we came from Madinah on a taxi instead of train they were expecting us to reach at 11 because that's the time for the train ? And my parents were so tired and in Ahraam. They were not even talking to us properly and imagine we had already paid for 8days trip ! Worst experience ever! I also made a video of the room !

Hotel is very big. But only 10 lifts. People fight for lifts on namaz time. Think before coming to this hotel. Location good Rooms good

My agent from Pakistan booked this for me and it was a really bad experience. My Umrah was really disturbed by choosing this hotel. They didn't gave me the cardkey for the room. Even if you argue with them they won't help u. Only location is good. If u r coming with family please don't come in this hotel. I would only recommend for people who r coming alone or with friends.

I'm staying in this hotel now a day's. Overall good but the main issue of cleaning services 🙄 That is not good. 3 din safai Nahi Hoti washroom mein wiper Nahi or paani khud se nikalta Nahi very disappointed 😔☹️ not recommended for those who want to stay in clean environment. Which is very important
