Excellent hotel. Walking distance to Prophet Mosque. Close to public park for kids and family to relax. The room service and receptionist are very helpful. The room are very comfortable and clean. Very recommended.

This review would be helpful for both the management and customer. No hospitality poor management when I say this when we get there they were not welcomed the lady was talking with a guy with a braced teeth they don't even notice we were standing, then no room service no towels very warm shower we can't even able to take a shower until the next morning. We take out our trash on the corridor stayed there until we left we were keep askig she was keep laying. So sad
