I came here in Saudi Arabia on business. I’ve been staying at this hotel for 3 weeks now. To be honest I had some small problems in communication but I also admit this is one of top rated hotels here in Saudi Arabia for the business people like me. All staffs working here are very kind and helpful. They always smile at me and it makes me feel really nice. Especially, one of housekeeping staff, Rakib. He always tries his best to help me. With his help my room is always clean and very comfortable. Many thanks Rakib for your professional service !!

The rooms are very well lit and spacious. The breakfast/sehri buffet is great value for money. In housekeeping, I find Mukesh to be very helpful and accomodating. I would say through and through, my stay has been great!

I stayed here for 7 days at the residence (two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, and a kitchen ). The unit has a washer which was nice. There are multiple storages/cabinets everywhere for a more comfortable stay. The place felt homey overall and try to get higher floor for a better view and good sunlight. What I didn’t like was the couch and the Ottoman, they were stained and didn’t smell clean so I didn’t use them during my stay. The hot water in the master bedroom wasn’t clear “I left it running for about 5 mins and it still came out yellowish”; however, I didn’t have the same issue when I showered in the other bathroom.

I’ve stayed like a month ago, i didn’t receive the evaluation email so I’ll write it here. First, this hotel literally will make u feel like home, you enjoy the comfort and you can make your healthy meals inside your room too. It’s always my first choice, service is excellent. special thanks and gratitude to Ms.Raneen from the front desk.

Traveler Tips: Welcome to Adagio Aparthotel Jeddah Malik Road. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located in the same building. They both have different Lobby and entrance but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
